"We visit London every year, and this has been our best accommodation experience so far. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Its location is excellent. Just steps from the Tower of London and within easy walking distance of Tower Hill, Bank, and Monument stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and black cabs are readily available just outside Cheval. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at the hotel recently and while there are several aspects to appreciate, the overall experience falls slightly short of what one would expect from a true five-star property. The location is undeniably excellent and highly convenient. The room size is also a notable advantage, being more generous than most London hotels, and the interior design has a distinctive, well-considered character, particularly within such a beautiful Victorian building. "Good location east end. Neat bar downstairs. They nickle and dime you. Breakfast doesn't not include juice or eggs...those cost extra 😬 Nowhere to fill a bottle of water—you must purchase disposable plastic bottles. Anyways...it's mid."

"Très bien situé, juste à côté de la station Aldgate, à un jet de pierre de la Tourde Londres et à 5 minutes de la City. Très propre, service courtois. Un bémol : le déjeuner. S’il est prépayé, il vient avec 3 ou 4 options pas très emballantes. À éviter. Pour le reste, c’est un 10/10. "

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. "The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."
