It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. "Great visit the hotel has a great vibe to it very different to others. The staff make the place especially Richard. Nice location. Building work affecting car parking with no disabled parking available at present but minimal noise from them. Lovely breakfast as well"

"Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. "We had a lovely stay, breakfast was brilliant. The room needed attention as several things needing to repaired or replaced. Also simple things need changing for example the television is too low to view from the bed, this is only something little but would be very easy to resolve. Lovely staff and a great location."
