"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. "Fabulous time. Apartment lovely, bright an spacious. Two large bedrooms with en-suites. One shower unfortunately not working but had a bath and espresso machine certainly on its way out. Other than that was perfect. Easy to walk into main part of town. "

"The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again."

"Glad we stayed in the Golden Eagle, short walk to centre of Chester. The reviews were right, lovely stay, great breakfast, topped up filter coffee was a great touch, the sausages were very good quality. I would stay again, had everything you need and a pub downstairs With friendly welcoming staff. If you want a change from your typical hotel chain, give this place a go. "
