While I understand availability can vary, this was not communicated in advance. There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The shower head was not functioning properly, and there was a vacuum attachment left beside the bed, which raised questions about the room’s preparation. "Please stay away. Their housecleaning staff does not clean at all. I complained about the uncleanliness of my room. The housekeeping returned to my room annd only made the beds and replaced the towels. The same sheets that had stains on it was still on the bed. The floors has not been vacuumed or swept. Still had the previous hair all over the restroom and the ring around the tub was still there. Please stay away"

"I was hesitant to book because of reviews I saw from late 2025, but this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in! The studio suite is PERFECT for solo travelers. Staff was very kind, breakfast was delish, and other guests were pleasant as well. Overall this hotel felt very safe and clean!! Thank you- I will be back!! :)"
