Staff were nice and attentive. They gave me the preferred floor and moved me to the floor where there would be less noise. The room had everything I needed for the one night I stayed. A few things were average was that the toilet had not been plunged from the person who was there last. There also were a few pieces of trash on the ground under the bed. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this location. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed having a kitchenette with everything needed to cook. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Friendly affordable stay

It was a little low end but people were nice. We were there while dealing with home repairs. It suited our needs. Was reasonably priced. Didn’t utilize continental breakfast since I had brought food to prepare. Over all was decent. Was told most people there are live in type situation . So not a lot of commotion . Quiet and affordable.

This is the second time staying here this year. The beds are comfortable enough so that right there is our number one must. The lady at the desk was the same one we worked with our first stay and she is great. I would say the only downfall in this stay was the air conditioner could of been quieter and the stairwell was dirty from probably construction workers staying there with dirty boots walking up and down the stairs.

To start, when I finally arrived (after my husband checked us in earlier) my key card did not work- so I started to knock on the main entrance door, then use the phone to call, and still nothing. After 5 minutes my husband decided to walk around to another door, so I decided to actually call off my phone, and I explained to the lady that my key card wasn't working and I was a guest so she claimed she was coming to let me in but never did. My husband finally walked up and opened the doors. We waited for the elevator and the lady STILL didn't come in that time. The next day, the same thing happened but at a different door so when we got to the lobby she replaced the key cards.The very next night, same thing, our cards (the replacements ) didn't work and it was POURING down and we had our 2 toddlers, so we walked ALL THE WAY around to the Lobby and they STILL didn't work- the lady was JUST walking up and buzzed us in and she replaced them, but that was our last night there so who knows if they worked or not. Anyways, the only issue with the room was flush one and it overflowed, we literally had to get a plunger. We were barely there, but the key card situation made it irritating. It was okay for the price but wayyyy further than what we realized for it to be apart of "Milwaukee" area, more like Waukesha, Brookfield - it was FAR!

The room was comfortable. TV reception was very limited, maybe bring your own firestick. Shower does not have any safety bars and the tub bottom can be slippery, we used a towel to stand on. Staff was very helpful.

Overall fine.

Overall, a solid budget stay. Honestly the only part that caused issue was the noticeable stains and dirt in the tub. Didn't feel comfortable using the shower without shower shoes.

This hotel is fine for a one night stay if you won’t be in the room very much. The room cost me $128 for the night, should have been more like $80. The toilet had a ring of dirtiness in it. The bed is basically a cot. Also, don’t let them fool you that there’s free breakfast. The free breakfast is a mediocre “coffee and tea bar” with oatmeal packets and granola bars.

I could see into the hallway with the door closed, that was a first, so we placed a chair infront of the door for additional peace of mind. There were young men outside at 1am yelling and shouting on bikes, which was disruptive. There was never anyone at the desk, except for Friday at 4 when we checked in, we stayed 2 nights. There were definitely a lot of other patrons in other rooms smoking despite the no smoking request, which was disappointing. I would also say the stale muffins and oatmeal packet breakfast opportunity was mediocre at best. Overall, wouldn’t stay again but it could have been worse.
