It started before we even arrived: they don't have 24hr reception so kept in touch and arranged for someone to be there to greet us. The junior suite was oddly designed, with the bed upstairs in a loft area separated from the bath by a very steep, narrow staircase. "This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC.
