"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. "We had to make this reservation at the very last moment as our original reservation at another venue got cancelled. The Caesar Palace was very accommodating. The gentleman who was attending the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. I think the dinner buffet was very average. Overall, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars."
