"The kitchenette rooms are lovely and spacious with good facilities. Beds are huge and super comfy, TV was massive! Room was clean and quiet. Staff both at reception and at the breakfast were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Breakfast was especially good with lots of nice options, you don’t feel rushed to get in and out so you can really take your time in there. A lovely stay."

"Well located for shops and both Exeter Main and St. Davids railway stations. My room was compact but well thought out and well equipped. It was great to have a light next to the bed which you could turn off/on easily and the shower was good. Breakfast was first class, beautifully served and coffee one of the best. I would have liked more savoury options for the breakfast but that is just a small preference. Host was really helpful and very welcoming. I would stay here again."

"The staff were excellent, we were greeted with friendly courtesy every time. The breakfast was excellent with a great range of choices. The room was interesting with a very comfortable bed with clean bedding. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, although it would have been nice to have had large bath towels. The only real criticism I would have is that the carpet and curtains in our room were absolutely filthy, the latter had a huge coffee/tea stain on the bottom. There was...

"Great for a nights stay in the heart of Exeter. Clean, tidy, on site parking for £10 a night (car can stay until 2pm) Very old building so bit of a maze but that’s part of its charm. No AC so would be hot in summer."
