"The staff were very efficient and friendly. We had a problem with our room aircon and two staff members came to sort it out.
Transport to the airport was easy and quick.
The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The food was superb. Here, too, we encountered friendly and efficient staff.
All in all, a great stay."
"I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming
The valet parking was easy and convenient.
The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem "
"I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "
"My young family loved our stay here. The apartment had fantastic views and oodles of space. While the building is not modern, everything was in reasonable condition and still very comfortable. My wife quite enjoyed the Frog and Toad Cafe nearby. "
"Lovely hotel. Nice, spacious room with very comfortable beds.
I only took one star out because the cleaning wasn’t very good, mainly in the bathroom/shower. There was mould in the shower walls and hairs on the wall and a bobby pin on the floor of the bathroom
But other than that it’s a nice hotel and I’d would stay again "

Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room.
