Excellent and an ideal property. Only issue is with check in after 10pm. Few flights in to Brisbane arrived after 10pm and how can the guest check in easily is an area need assistance

We stayed in room 110 and the mattress was terrible! You could feel the springs and you could even grab the spring through the sheets. My husband had surgery on his back and we had to fold a blanket so he could sleep a little. Mattresses need to be replaced or at least put pillow topper mattress covers on the bed. I had even considered sleeping in the car. Other than we enjoyed stay there as it suits our needs. Thank you for reading and hopefully addressing these concerns.

WE STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN, THE GUEST SERVICE WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH, ROOM SERVICE CLEANING EACH DAY WAS A . THE ONLY SIDE WAS THE BED WAS VERY HARD TO SLEEP ON BUT BESIDES THAT GREAT HOTEL. THANK YOU
