Customer service could really help with some communication. It seems pretty transactional. The place needs refurbishment and a bit of makeover. Went down to the Gym. Absolutely 0 gym equipment there. Location is great and views were very nice.. just some things I remember from my previous stays is no longer there.. place needs a makeover!
