Briceville Hotels with Swimming Pool

"It says no smoking but the whole hallway smelt like pot smoke and cigarettes. It’s loud, dirty, could feel dirt in the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. It’s a place to rest your head after a long day of travel and that’s about it. If we didn’t get there until midnight I probably would have booked elsewhere. "

"I would suggest to ask for a room facing the back of hotel. Traffic noise from dual interstates in very close proximity to hotel site."

"Newer hotel, so it was very clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was enough to get me started. The yogurt was very good."

"Breakfast limited in items & some items (warm-not hot eggs and french toast strips) were almost depleted 90 min before end of breakfast being served. If walking is a problem, ask at checkin for a room near only elevator. We walked and walked to room 249. Room was really quiet and beds comfortable. "

"I would not recommend any stay unless you just need a clean bed for the night. The sheets were poor quality and the shower was lukewarm, at best. The workout space was nice; however, the two treadmills were not operational. The elliptical worked, but the attached screen did not. Breakfast was included and was filling, but not tasty. The biscuits were hard and it was difficult to make a waffle that didn't stick to the gridle. The cookies were a nice touch, but were hard. I will not choose this hotel for future visits."

"Incredible hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Large room with small refrigerator and coffee maker. I stayed for one night for the Big Ears festival. Good location with lots of restaurants. For longer stays, I prefer an apartment rental with a full kitchen, but this was perfect for one night. A nice perk - warm, fresh cookies at check in. "

"Air conditioner was broken and rattled. Beds are old, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet was not clean. Sink was clogged. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The hotel front staff were not friendly! The worst hotel I have stayed at, booked through Expedia! "

"This hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if someone had been chain-smoking in it. When I went to the front desk to request a different room, the attendant said, “I’ll give you another room, but if you don’t like this one, you should leave,” which was not very welcoming. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better—everything felt worn down and not well cared for. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not stay here again. "
