Overall good

Overall, a good hotel, with ample parking and friendly staff. Unable to try the pool/facilities, as came late. Continental breakfast was also fine for the price.

Typical French property trying to be modern, but failing miserably. Electrical and plumbing issues taking one back to. The 1980's when these issyes were the butt of most jokes Expensive for what it is

Really nice and friendly staff. Next to a supermarket, boulangerie-cafe etc and within walking distance from Vaubian. The downside is that the hotel needs a thorough renovation. It's outdated. The balconies are very small and some to the back street with no view. The carpets are decades old and if one has allergies or asthma, one can have respitatory symptoms. Luckily during the summertime we were able to sleep with the windows open, so it was a little better. We stayed in an apartment and there was an on-off bad smell of a really bad sewage. Most likely the plumming was the cause. I filled a water bottle with the tap water. I'm used to that in France the tap water is safe to drink in the kitchen. A day later the water had a really bad smell and taste. One person had had only 1 glass of tap water and their stomach got very upset. The wifi doesn't work.

Lämmin sisäallas, maksuton parkki, aamiainen ok

Perushotelli, jossa maksetulle yöhinnalle sai vastinetta. Ilmainen iso parkkipaikka, kiva vastaantuloaula, siistit petivaatteet, uusittu KPH, lämmin uima-allas, höyrysauna ja tavallinen sauna, ok aamiainen, hissin ala-asemalle vajaa 5min autolla tai bussi lähti aivan vierestä, iso ruokakauppa aivan vieressä, samoin urheilukauppa. Tottahan hotelli oli kulunut, allasalue myös, huoneessa kaipasi ovenpielet maalausta ja äänet kuuluivat toisista huoneista. Mutta tuolla edullisella hinnalla emme antaneet niiden asioiden häiritä.
