"When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. "The Guardian Hotel is rated as a four-star hotel, that's not the case. At the most it should be a 2.5 start hotel, sadly. However, the breakfast was pretty decent, gthe staff was friendly and the room itself was of decent size. The bathroom, however, was tiny, the water temperature was not steady (either too hot or too cold). The bathroom doors made weird sound and the bathroom was not clean :-( Wish I had not just gone by the pictures posted by the hotel and had actually read other reviews....

"Breakfast was great. The reason we’re not giving it a 5 is because we ran into a few issues. The electronics in the room were glitchy. One morning at 5am the lights just turned on and woke us up. Then another night the bed lights flicked on and off in the middle of the night. Another night, the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool us so my kids couldn’t sleep until after midnight bc their room was upstairs and significantly warmer than downstairs. The tv on the main floor also never worked past...
