"The property is old, tired and outdated. The walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbours next to you or above be prepared to hear everything BUT the rooms are clean, the staff is amazing and the location for netball tournaments is fabulous. "Great place to stay, especially if you have family coming through for out of region surgery as located directly across the road from the hospital with supermarket and local shops within walking distance. "I enjoyed the well appointed room, it had everything a business traveler might need. I appreciated how quiet the room was, super comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Decent hotel gym, and it was good to have an informal cafe downstairs and a fancier restaurant upstairs. Thank you for a very pleasant if too brief stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Wellington and honestly couldn't fault it.
