"Noise was an issue, first night there was a fire sprinkler rattling very loud all night. Manager took of is and moved our room with accommodations. Next room had a strong fumey order from AC unit which in both rooms was excessively loud. A manger cam out to pool area and spent effort to make certain all the chairs were facing correctly, however he overlook or ignored the two 2'x2' boxes cause containing lunches of chicken which were overturned and chicken was laying poolside for hours. Gross....

"The shuttle service was great. We just called ahead because we had a late arrival, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!!"
