"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. "The staff that cleaned my room were very efficient and they were very curious. The grounds outside could use a bit more cleaning from cigarette butts. But over all it is a good hotel and desk staff very friendly."
