"Convenient location:close to stores, restaurants, and hwy. I assumed it would be noisy but not at all. Staff was nice to accommodate my family who was on a walker and trouble with bedroom space but was change to another room and issue solved. Parking was not so bad."

"The air conditioning wasn't working properly and kept making a loud noise throughout the night, which repeatedly woke us up and made it difficult to sleep. I was also disappointed with the amenities provided. The bathroom only included lotion, with very limited toiletries available. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected a more complete set of amenities. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest. However, overall, the room felt fairly basic for a 4-star hotel and did not fully meet my expectations for the price."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the DMV! It’s the best kept secret because of the location! The room was immaculate, staff was pleasant and breakfast was a 7out of 10 and we had a kitchenette that was clean!!"

"Robin at guest service was wonderful at check in. Very helpful with giving suggestions about the area . Our room smelled and the air conditioner moaned loudly all night . When I spoke with the girl at the front desk in the morning her reply was OK .. then I asked about where the metro and what line it was, she was very Kurt and just pointed and said that way ! 15.00 for 2 coffees and no GF options for breakfast. Location was good."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn't terrible, but it was a bit disappointing given my high expectations. I absolutely love the area, which is one of the reasons I chose to stay here, but the hotel itself didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The staff experience was hit or miss—the morning staff were friendly and helpful, while the night staff seemed less welcoming, especially when returning late. The valet service was also confusing and quite slow, so be prepared for potential delays if you have somewhere to be. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush, but it could be frustrating for other guests"

"Our stay at the Sheraton Old Town was nice. We were visiting for an overnight visit. Check in was smooth, except there was some $25 destination fee that was not mentioned when I booked. It was not a tax. Not sure what that was about. But the hotel did give us a $25 voucher for their restaurant/bar in return. The hotel was clean. We had a problem with our bathroom toilet running when we first checked in and they quickly changed our room for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was walkable to King St. for evening dinner and entertainment and an easy drive into DC. Overall we had a nice stay."
