The front desk staff was very professional and helpful each time I interacted with them. My only "gripe" was that the linens and towels had the texture of sand paper. Nothing soft about them at all. The breakfast was pretty good, though it was the same both mornings. A slight variety would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and kind, and quick to respond with any questions. The shuttle left a little to be desired. There's 1 shuttle every 30 minutes, and the guy stopped for 15 seconds so we missed the first shuttle leaving the airport. The shuttle to the airport was a different driver and was much kinder and helpful.

Very easy to get around in Washington. They had a shuttle for the metro and air port! Great facilities!

Amazing and easy for a family of 4 . We had groceries delivered from Walmart and we were able to take the hotel shuttle to and from airport and metro making this an easy trip for us ! We will be back
