"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...

Some staff were nice, but Ivana on the front desk was rude on multiple occasions (even saying to a colleague right in front of us "I don't know what their problem is") after she'd not bothered to contact the courtesy driver after we had waited for 40 minutes past our booked time and the guy was sitting in the car in the car park.
