"The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"In the little coat range, room, fool and drinks. Very nice atmosphere. Frenchman Street was with in 10 minutes. Burbon was just around the corner. 9 of the 10 service attendants were helpful and very cordial. Really nice no complaints. at all. Definitely a return."

"It was disgusting there was no parking they told us to park a block and a half to two blocks away and walk back to the motel there was a rat in the parking garage of the motel there was no room for our luggage to fit in the elevator to ride up on a luggage cart we left and they didn't reimburse our money we are still fighting with Expedia to get our money back but nobody's cooperating we went and stayed somewhere else so we're out $700. I would think twice about using Expedia and definitely...

"Great hotel with friendly staff. Valet took excellent care of my vehicle with no restrictions (in/out 24/7). Other hotels don’t let you take the vehicle in/out or you’ll be charged each time. There was also public parking one block away. The hotel is one block away from bourbon street. The rooms had a balcony so we could enjoy the scenery. There is a restaurant in the hotel but didn’t use because of the limit of food selection and also the first night it was booked for a private event and...
