"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Hotel host Pam was very friendly and accommodating. Was help g ul with my late arrival and helped with parking arrangements at the hotel. Old building but well maintained and room very clean and well maintained. I would recommend, private hotel home! No lift!"

"Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "Lovely room, nice simple but well stocked self service breakfast, comfy bed, very clean and tidy bathroom. My double room was a good size for me, and the location so near to Poole park is great. "

"Really great little b&b. The owners were really friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. 20 min walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from Boscombe beach (little less busy than Bournemouth beach which was ideal for us). Room was clean, really cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!! "
