Hotels near Bounce House

"Staff was friendly and room was comfortable, but TV was difficult to use with no instructions. Finally found an app for YouTube TV with some live shows. One of 2 elevators was out of order. $5 per day parking and had to be careful to park in spaces marked for hotel. No free breakfast…my fault for not reading the fine print. There was a pricy bistro serving a nice selection but we only used it once. "

"This hotel needs a lot of work and upgrades. The room had a musky smell, carpet was not fully vacuumed. It had a kitchenette with only 1 fork, no sponge or soap for washing dishes. 2 small garbages for a family of 4 for 2 nights does not suffice. The lotion by the sink was falling off the wall. I would not stay here again. Sad to see this type of hotel with the Hampton name since we usually enjoy our stays and just left 2 other Hilton affiliates that were much better for the same/less price, Home Suites."

"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"

"I had a very quick stay, was in town for business meeting. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I always appreciate the coffee bar!!"

"The from desk had a line out the door and people yell for someone to come help with no staff to be seen. The reservation info did not match my receipt that the hotel had. The place smelled like smoke. Every floor. And they tried to charge additions fees and deposits not stated and in large amounts that the $6 on my receipt. Guy at counter was rude. They tried to charge over $60 in fees. The room was like they pulled the sheets up and called it clean. Toilet stuff floating that looked like poop. There was what appeared to be vomit on the walls in the bathroom. Food chunks on the pull out bed and several spots on the floor. Something sticky all over floor next to bed. No sheets on pull out bed or anywhere in room. 4 of six pillows looked used with food stains and makeup rubbed on them. King bed had stuff all over comforter. Overall cleanliness of faculty like halls and elevator was gross. We had to wash our hands as soon as we got to the room every time. The bed had a metal base and was broken any movement even adjusting the pillows before getting on the bed created a metal on metal noise. Once on the bed even rolling over became a noisy experience. Multiple people in the lobby the4 times I went to the front desk were complaining about the same problems. Extra fees. Changing reservation information. Dirty rooms. Missing basic items like sheets and towels. How rude the staff was. "

"I cannot say any negative about my stay- it was a quick one night stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed here since October of last year. It is conveniently located in the middle of the 2 places we needed to go- Gloucester Point and New Port News. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean it is- and then how nice the staff is. Will be staying here again in April! "

"Simple breakfast but very fancy breakfast,but the coffee machine was not great, lots of water and less taste of coffee. The coffee machine needed to replace a new one, and not many fruits."
