Convenient location but disappointing stay

The hotel had a few positives — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I appreciated that management refunded me when I checked out a day early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby. However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because other nearby hotels did not have availability.

Ok for a quick stay

The hotel is a little run down. There was a weird smell that permeated the building. The bed was comfy and the area the hotel is located was safe. The A/C says it can be adjusted but I couldn't get the room cooler than 73 or 75 degrees.

Very nice and quiet around the motel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are a nice size and clean. You get breakfast in the morning and anything and everything you could want is within walking distance and you are right by interstate so it’s a great location as well. Fast becoming one of my favorite motels in the area

I love the Microtel. The area outside is a little iffy but the hotel itself is great for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll definitely stay again
