"Stayed at a Hilton recently and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and smooth. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable—especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning. Everything felt well taken care of, from the fresh linens to the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were on point, and the overall vibe was clean, safe, and high quality. You can tell they pay attention to detail. What really stood out was the customer service—any request I had was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. That kind of consistency makes a big difference. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for comfort, reliability, and a stress-free stay."

"I didn't stay there. I was there on the 2nd and had to pay because I couldn't get a change of date. No refund either. Hotels.com is disgusting. No matter rather or not you purchase their "insurance" or not. Double paid for a sub par room!"

"friendly staff and breakfast cook. We were assigned an ADA room for some reason. No safe in room or secure WI-fi."

"Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought another coffee pot to our room. We found the foul smell it was coming from the refrigerator. We also witnessed a drug deal go down out of our window in the back of the hotel. When we woke up on Sunday morning the TV wasn't working. I went down to the front desk to ask if anyone could assist. Her response was it is 7 am on a Sunday morning and I am the only one here and CAN NOT help you. Needless to say we checked out early because we didn't want to stare at a blank TV until checkout. The best thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I have never stayed at a hotel where they don't have on site maintenance."

"Nice period hotel in the city center. Room was appropriately sized for a 100 year old hotel, clean and comfortable with the amenities you expect. Room has both a ceiling fan (a plus) and air conditioner. Enjoyed the basement bar with some live Sinatra, maybe a little too much. Hotel is in a pleasant area with restaurants, antique stores, coffee, and bars within a 5 minute walk. Will definitely come back."

"Property just not well maintained. Shower head stuck and sprayed outside of shower area. No food worth eating despite being 5 miles from town. Ice only available from reception. Had a love seat next to the bed instead of a bedside table, the table was on the other side of the loveseat by the window. Nowhere to set your terrible coffee."
