"Quick and easy check in with snacks available in the check in area while you wait for your room to be ready. We were celebrating my husbandโs birthday and they decorated the room and provided a complimentary small cake. Although not the hotels fault, we had neighbours ( 2 young females) move in next door who were very loud on the first night and then woke us at 3am the following morning with loud music and very loud talking, some screaming, We spoke to the wonderful Narendra at reception who spoke to the people occupying the room, only to be woken again with loud music and them banging on the walls, another visit to Narendra who quickly found us another room, we cannot thank him enough for this. The whole experience and location of this hotel is fantastic, we canโt wait to visit again. My only whinge was the breakfast was the same every day, not much variety but again not a big problem"

"The property was very spacious with a lovely pool and beach area. We stayed in Lagoon room which was private and also spacious. It was little bit away from main attractions, but a we hired a motorbike to get around The shower was cold until you had to run The water for 1/2 hour before getting warm. The sheets were not changed in the 8 days that we were there. We had to regularly ask for towels, coffee for room as was not replaced. Did was nice for breakfast and dinners"

"We loved the room so big with plenty of room with a full kitchen and a water filter was perfect to fill up before heading out . The day spa was wonderful I had a pedicure was so relaxing. We were able to get a late check out which worked out perfectly for our late flight home."

"The hotel is very clean, close to convience stores and staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel can improve on servicing, we ordered lunch took quite along time for food to arrive. Food over cooked and dried, not sure if that's part of their cooking style, stir fried prawns. battred prawns, chichen schnitzel were very dried at both lunch and dinner."
