"Hotel is amazing we did love it but recommending for who is not local Don’t go to the beach just stay at the hotel pool you gonna have much more fun The local vendor at the will not let you breathe they will try to sell you stuff you don’t need And if you do go down to the beach ALWAYS ask for price before you order anything if it’s food and drinks or anything else "

"This hotel is clean and the breakfast fast excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The is some maintenance issues in the property but the room was nice and clean. Compared to others hotels in Colombia that we stayed this was the best."

"The hotel itself is excellent. My room was very clean and modern with decent space. I did not need the upgrade they asked about to a club room. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pool also has a terrific view and is very well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of any shade. During the hot sunny days there is nowhere to escape to and some umbrellas are desperately needed. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and provide excellent service. Special shout out to Kaitlyn and Daniel, who took such good care of me and all the guests at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced. I would’ve liked some more cold options. But again, the staff there were extremely friendly and professional. For dinner, the main restaurant is beautiful and has a good menu. Again the staff are friendly. Finally, the staff at the main reception were professional, friendly, and responsive."

"I stayed at this hotel in September 2025 and we were completely satisfied with the experience. The following lists the positives for this place: 1. Location was excellent, very easy to walk to anything in the old city and surroundings. The street was not a main tourist street without much traffic, so the nights were quiet. 2. Room (really an apartment) was spacious with full kitchen (stove and refrigerator), washer/dryer combo, and cookware/eatingware, and toiletries. 3. Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. 4. Good selections of hot breakfasts which were made fresh and delivered to the room at the requested time. 5. Housekeeping was excellent. 6. Entire property was in good condition I can recommend this hotel without any reservations. "
