This is honestly a small gem! Employees were extremely nice, especially my house keeper! The place is literally in the middle of all the action. We were able to walk most places as everything was super close. I highly recommend this cute place. The pool sits on top over seeing all of Cartagena just breath taking!

What a gem, the location was great, but the stay was amazing because of the staff: Marie, there check in clerk, all was the kindest I’ve encountered. They made the stay one to remember!!!

The most valuable part is the location, the hotel is close to amazing restaurants. If you select this hotel chose the rooms in the back so that the street noise doesn't bother you. The room was not ready at check in, breakfast is very basic, not many options.

During my stay, we didn't have water for almost a full day. The amenities were very limited. The kitchen and the bar closed at 5pm. They had a ton of mosquitos in the lobby. The first room they put me in the bed and sheets were made but the sheets and pillows smelled like a sweaty man. The staff was very curious and friendly. The breakfast was very basic.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The best 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Breakfast lunch and dinner is chefsssss kiss. I love it and will be back. Room clean✅ Amazing helpful staff✅ Cold as hell air conditioned ✅ Plethora of food in the am ✅ CHECKED ALL MY BOXES NOW LET THEM CHECK YOURS

Location couldn’t be better, still staff was by far the best. Every single member of their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, pool was nice, views from the rooftop and our balcony were perfect. Would definitely start here again and will recommend it to others.

Location was great, staff was amazing and the AC in the room works really well (which is quite important due to how hot it is in Cartagena). The hotel looks nicer in the pictures but I'd say that our stay was great and we would book this hotel again for sure. Just be careful when you buy day tour packages because some of them are not good at all (Mambo Beach in Baru is one of them). We booked it through the concierge and the tour was not what we paid for. The tour to Paue Beach was great though (also booked through the concierge).

Spacious room with balcony facing the street which was both a plus and a minus. On plus side was the view of the action and hotel location. Street noise throughout most of the night prevented a restful slumber. Breakfast choices were good but little variety day to day. Staff is amazing and quite helpful. I’d give them an 8 out of 10 overall.

Pretty Hotel - Great Location - just an ok stay - nothing special stood out about this hotel - the complimentary breakfast on the rooftop was a nice perk, however the rooftop bar closed at 7pm every night, so I was never able to have a drink or hang out - the pool is more of a wading pool - but that was ok for me - just got in to cool off the laid out again - I did like the balcony over looking the busy street - it was like watching a movie every night - always something going on - but the balcony has no furniture and if you are a light sleeper don’t book a street view room - it’s loud all night - which for me wasn’t an issue as I’m not a light sleeper - I love a good boutique hotel and even though everyone was nice - it was a very surface like experience with very little activity going on at the hotel - I would have loved to have more time spent at the hotel instead of walking a few blocks to enjoy another hotels rooftop

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Ms. Gisela, housekeeper, did a fantastic job. We always came back to our rooms with clean towels and room. The staff from front desk to doorman were all amazing. I have to point out the delicious dinner experience we had. The ceviche, seafood pasta, steak and wine were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. The location is excellent, close to everything. You will not be disappointed!
