"All staff were friendly and helpful. From check in, breakfast staff, housekeeping to the bar staff all were great! Rooms were clean and spacious. They let us check in early and kept our bags after checkout. We were there during World Cup, so full hotel, and the breakfast lines were long and they continued to serve and restock the food until everyone was fed 10/10!"

"Only stayed for one night but it was a great hotel stay. It was my first time at a Citizen M and I will definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and modern. I had issues with my iPad in the room and the staff was very quick and helpful. The only con I would say is that there was no on site parking but we were able to find parking nearby with spothero. I still would give 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely return to a citizen M hotel "

"Overall, this property is pretty average. The rooms are nice sized, but the bathrooms are very tiny and the door to the bathroom didn’t sit flush so you would have to push and pull on it to get it to open. The staff was nice and let me check in early, they also kept our luggage while we explored more of the city after check out. I do have several complaints about the property itself. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear our neighbors walking around and speaking very clearly through the walls...
