Very nice hotel and the staff was really friendly. The full breakfast was delicious. Will go back next time in Bossier City.

I felt the room was about average. Decent. Nothing particularly special about it. Seemed clean, but nothing outstanding. Staff were very nice. Continental breakfast was ok, but nothing really outstanding or notable. Was fine for what I was looking for - just a place to sleep, as I spent most of my time visiting with a sick family member.

My room was spacious and comfortable. While some things like the carpet could use updating, the room was serviceable and convenient to the city. Staff was very polite and helpful to me. Uber would not schedule advanced pickup from the hotel, but Lyft would.

First impressions are lasting ones. As soon as we entered the lobby, 2 smiling front desk staff greeted us with a warm hello and welcome. Lakeel, who proceeded arrival was friendly, accommodating and offered some dining suggestions. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Lakely Little was unprofessional and rude when it came down to services. She is not a person that needs to be at a front desk. The housekeeping members was very rude as well. Basically rushing us to find out when we were checking out.

Tammy , thanks for your feedback. You had a reservation for 2/9/24 but did not arrive until 2/10/24 at 3:40pm. At that time you asked my staff to waive your no show fee for 2/9/24 which she politely denied and you said you understood. You still chose to stay 2/10/24. Unfortunately I never spoke to you so I'm uncertain how you say I was rude and unprofessional. I was off duty this weekend madam. Myself and my staff show the upmost hospitality to our guest.

Nice & Quiet
This hotel is an excellent get away, located within 5 minutes of all casinos, and a couple of blocks away from the interstate. We had a issue with the television, which was changed out within five minutes.

Great stay!

Looks to be recently refurbished, no stench of smoking odors, decent breakfast, great staff. Good budget option. The bad…. Room 220 has an hvac system that is broken. Stuck on about 68 degrees (which was ok for me) and cannot be turned up or down, unplugged, or turned off from the room. Also the desk lamp did not work. Minor issues, still a good stay.

For the most part the stay was good. The only issue was that the suite I originally reserved was never cleaned so we had to move things from that room to another room, that was smaller and not what i reserved.

Surprising and disappointing
I came here to stay with my grandkids overnight and the condition of the room was surprisingly not what I expected The paint was chipping from the walls and the roof there was the tile on the floor was not even attached. The shower had cracks in it and the paint on the tub was missing spots. What surprising is this is a fairly new hotel and I don't understand why the conditions are so bad..
