"We loved the warm welcome, the comfortable common areas, the wonderful bed and linens. Very small room. The bathroom and carpet in the room really needs a refresh - something that is apparently planned for the next year. All in all I would go back. The location was perfect, walkable, quiet, a few steps from Kensington Gardens.

"Wonderful hotel with a very friendly helpful staff. Very close to the natural history and V&H museum and Hyde Park. Across the street from the Soith Kensington Tube station (Circle Line). Great location with fantastic places to geab a coffe and pastry near by."
