"A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. Also we found the check in communication very cumbersome and not particularly clear. It can definitely be...

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Absolutely stunning. And the bathroom is insanely beautiful. Perfect base stay in London and will be using again in the future. Just book it, you won't regret. "

"I requested a quiet room and was put on the first floor at the front of the property so it was very noisy from the traffic. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise and no air conditioning."
"We were one adult and 2 children (10 & 11 yrs old) traveling to London for the first time. We booked this hotel because it was reviewed as family friendly, and that it was! The rooms were large and the pullout couch was already made for us upon our late night arrival. Daily breakfast had a good assortment and the hours were spread enough fir us to get to with jetlag. The blackout curtains worked magic!
Location was great. Ubers are hard to get (often cancelled or delayed) but there was an accessible tube stop just across Westminster bridge. Big Ben is just across the bridge and kids activities like the Aquarium and Shrek Adventure were just a block away. Plenty to access easily with children without too much walking.
Warning- late night checkin is closed so download the app for a remote key in advance. The pool is also via reservation only and the spa is not really a standalone spa location. The services were reasonable but take place in a converted hotel room on the 15th floor, not in a formal "spa"
I would stay again!"
"Staff was so helpful and pods were extra comfortable (would have preferred two pillows as the pillows are extremely soft and on the thinner side) but the space, security, and showers more then made up for it. Also, be advised that the floor was male and female. Not sure if they have a female only option but that would be a good option as well. Overall it was an awesome experience!"
"Heathrow airport is tough to get around. We were doing an overnight before returning to the US on a morning BA flight. The Sofitel is in the airport at Terminal 5. Just a walk to the gate. Trying to stay offsite just to save a few dollars vs. save in hassle was an easy choice. The hotel is excellent."
"Good size of room but decor dated overall eg shower curtain!! and lack of a power shower,
Breakfast excellent and service overall great. Great position near St Katherine's Dock"
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."
