"The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, which makes all the difference. Room was spotless and had a great view. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Taksim Square and the same distance to Besiktas Park, so great central location between the two which is what I needed. Would recommend."

"The Icon was an extraordinary discovery. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and the breakfast is one of the best I've had including times when I've stayed at high end hotels. The staff is friendly and responsive, and ever so helpful when directions, taxis are needed, or just when you want to learn more about Istanbul. The price was far less than other hotels in the area. There are several restaurants nearby which offer some of the best Turkish food, fusion restaurants, and one great coffee...
