"The Perry Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Key West! Absolutely worth staying at. The hotel smells so clean the minute you walk through the doors. The staff is super nice! And even though the breakfast isn't free it is absolutely delicious. Give it a try!! We stay here every time we come to Key West and we are excited to stay every time."

"My overall stay at the hotel was good, except for one major issue. I arrived around 12:00 PM, but check-in time is typically at 4:00 PM. The hotel receptionist informed me that my room was available; however, I could only check in early if I paid a $50 fee. I asked for clarification on the fee and was told it was for early check-in. Even though the room was ready and waiting for me, I couldn’t access it before 4:00 PM without paying this additional charge. This practice feels like a scam. The hotel didn't have to pay anyone extra to prepare my room early, so why should I have to pay to enter the room a few hours sooner? Most reputable hotels allow you to check in early if your room is ready. It seems this hotel is simply trying to take advantage of travelers who arrive with luggage and don’t want to carry it around until check-in time. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at the Southernmost Beach Resort again."

"Property was very nice and the 2 bedroom we had was great for 4 kids. The pool while small, was also never nice and each staff member I interacted with (except 1) was kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not use the beach due to sea weed and sadly all the beaches on the island were so sea weed packed that we had to drive a significant way to find a beach to swim in. Which has nothing to do with the resort but still impacted our trip. Would stay here again but I would research beach conditions first"

"This was likely one of the best vacations and nicest room I’ve ever had! Beachside Resort was simply amazing! Anything we asked for was brought to our room almost immediately. The staff was kind and helpful. The one thing we noticed was when we were poolside, there seemed to not be as much staff at times and needed to have more staff available, mainly giving out towels, and helping with beverage and food service. However, we were on vacation at a beautiful location, so we really didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes! Our room was immaculate and well maintained. This is where you want to stay when you come to Key West! They are due to close for renovations soon, but I really don’t see a need for this. Everything seemed very modern already! Rating this stay on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the absolutely best, I would give it a 22! It completely exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a great stay!!!"
