Rooms were not clean or well maintained. I had to change rooms 3 times because each one had either bugs, was extremely dirty, or had broken amenities. The staff were great and tried to help when they could. Very friendly demeanor.

Exceptional Price-Performance-Ratio due to location close to French Quarter. Great outdoor pool with in-water bar seats with sun shade, booths and outdoor beds. Spacious room (room 416). Secured parking (access only with card) included although close to French Quarter. Slightly negative point: no fridge in the room.

The hotel is an old fire house. That in its self is cool. Some rooms have balconies that are behind French doors. The staff went above their job description.

Over all very comfortable and clean some of the other reviews had us questioning the stay. But once we arrived staff was helpful very clean and clearly they’re renovating so some stuff was expected. I LOVED that there was gated parking for our vehicle. The room was very comfortable and I will definitely pick as a goto stay again.
