Room was nice. Hotel is old but kept up as best as it can. Carpet is very worn and makes the hotel show its age more. But it was clean. Employees is where it’s at! Over the top! Sweet and accommodating with a smile!! I liked the location. Stores and restaurants close by. Interstate is very close!

Nice hotel in Metairie. Restaurant food was good and it was easy to park. It’s an older hotel but the room was really comfortable with refrigerator and microwave which are a must to me.

Front desk was excellent! Guest super friendly!! Housekeeping Aggravating!!! Check out at 12pm housekeeping banging on the door at 10:46am! I tell her check out at 12 she tells me 11! I proceeded to call the front desk to ask them what time was check out again and she said 12 so I need back down. Add 11:15 AM here goes another housekeeper. I told her immediately check out is at 12 she says no rush!
