This resort really had it all. Multiple pools, a gym, a restaurant, as well as laundry services and massage services. The room was lovely and clean and the aircon was fantastic. I will note that the cost of additional services such as food and massage is at a premium but that is the cost of convenience. I would definitely come back and I would recommend this to anyone.

Swan Paradise was a beautiful property, the villa was wonderful, pools were lovely and the staff went over and above as far as service. However it was located about a half hour drive to Ubud with little in the area outside the property. In addition there was only one restaurant- the food was good but it would have been nice to have more options!

This was an incredibly strange property to stay at. On one hand, it felt like the resort had been opened prior to it being finished, as many of the facilities and services mentioned on the website and social media were "under construction" or not available. But on the other, everything felt dated and worn. We had a 3-bedroom villa in the 'west' of the resort. It did not connect to the main part of the resort in any way and we had to be collected by staff on a buggy, taken out onto the public road and driven down to the resort multiple times per day. Also the west side of the resort wasn't always staffed, scooters were coming and going right outside our villa at all hours. Security did visit this side of the property but with the easy access from the public road, it felt really unsafe. The phones weren't connected so we had to contact reception via WhatsApp. Almost all the staff we interacted with went above and beyond in politeness and service, this was the main highlight of the resort. There was a lot of rubbish burning going on in the area both during the day and night, with the rooms not really sealed smoke covered the pool and entered the rooms every day. Finally the area is quite far away from Ubud. Though the site lists the distance, it still took 40mins by car. They ask you not to use app taxis, but forgot to order our taxis (including airport transfer) more than once, then used the app service themselves costing us more than double.

everything is good! Perfect stay for a relaxing stay! love the greenery environment except for the bugs haha! Breakfast and dinner are awesome, love it!Location-wise is a bit far from Ubud, but this is meant for you to relax and chill at the hotel. Overall is a 9.8/10 stay!

Leider hat uns das Swan Paradise so gar nicht überzeugt! Auf der Website wird mit einem Spa und Fitnessraum geworben, ein Spa wird es erst in einem Jahr geben - noch existiert gar keins! Der Fitnessraum ist ein altes Zimmer welches Zweckentfremdet wurde und die Geräte sind teilweise kaputt oder vollkommen verrostet und veraltet! Das Personal ist zwar super nett und zuvorkommend, jedoch sind die Villen wie auch die Zimmer in einem absolut renovierungsbedürftigen zustand. Alle Handtücher sowie Poolauflagen sind voller Flecken. Die Zimmer werden nicht gut geputzt und sind völlig unzureichend ausgestattet. Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe!!! Es gibt keinerlei Abwechslung (jeden morgen das selbe Frühstück), die Speisen (zum Frühstück) sind alle kalt und werden kaum nachgefüllt. Die Speisen auf der Speisekarte sind völlig überteuert und von schlechter Qualität. Das Swan liegt ausserdem so weit ab vom Schuss, dass man nach Ubud mind. 40 Minuten und nach Sanur 1h benötigt - die km Angaben sind völlig irreführend, da man egal wohin man möchte sehr lange braucht. Wir würden das Swan Paradise nicht empfehlen und auch nicht wieder besuchen! Leider nichtmal 2 Sterne....
