"Staff couldn't do enough to help"

"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"Very charming, boutique hotel with cozy rooms- as portrayed in the photos. I loved it. Safe area with access to rail and many restaurants. If you want to be close to the city, but not stay in the fray this is an excellent choice."

"Bruno the manager and Abbie were extremely helpful. When we had to replace our luggage because to allow for some unplanned purchases. Bruno took our old baggage off our hands. On numerous occasions Abbie helped us with directions and tips for shopping and getting around."

"I loved this 31 room boutique hotel in Dublin. The location was great and just 10-15 minute walk into the city center. Location is by a canal and there is a beautiful walkway to stroll. The pub and restaurant were great to have on-site. I absolutely loved our room… just charming with very comfortable beds & duvet. Staff was exceptional and you can buy tickets at the reception desk for the double decker hop on- hop off BLUE Bus ( which I would highly recommend)."

The bed was hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable, and the power strip that’s built into the desk blew up and quit working within 2 minutes of me using their blow dryer. Staff was at my door with a new blow dryer within 10 minutes which was nice!"
