Easy check in from the owner and very polite, recommended places to eat too, the guest house was minutes walk from the town centre and places to eat etc, the accommodation was clean and modern with a good shower system, very powerful with good hot water supply, would stay here again no problems, in all a good week end stay here.

Nice guesthouse.

This is probably one of the better places in Blackpool. Friendly owner, clean accommodation. It's on a pretty rough looking street (most streets are rough in Blackpool though) amd we nearly drove past it.

Lovely stay in Blackpool

Had such a nice stay at this guesthouse! The owner was so lovely. The room was spotless. We only had one issue and that was with the shower - it would go from boiling hot to cold, but we managed just fine. Would stay here again :-)

Great for a weekend stay.

James was a great host and offered some good recommendations of places to eat. The apartment was great for a weekend trip with the family. It was nice to have the option to eat in and have the sofa to use relax. There was always plenty of hot water and an additional radiator to plug in if needed. The location was very handy to walk on the front and access the shops. On street parking outside the guesthouse or car park at the end of the street too.

The room was clean but basic, the surrounding streets had a few undesirable people hanging around in a group which was a little unsettling being 2 females on our own. Parking had to be found in surrounding streets. Would choose somewhere with parking next time

Great value for money, very welcoming!

Fantastic value for money. James was a brilliant host, even phoned me before I arrived and waved us off when we left. Couldn’t have been nicer. Location gives easy access to the beach and town is only a 10 minute walk away. Room was spotlessly clean and had a nice seating area to watch tv. Will deffo be back!

A hidden gem!

Last minute escape to the seaside! Made really welcome by host James. Room was upgraded to a double which was lovely. Room and ensuite was fresh and clean feeling nice and modern. A real hidden gem. Only reason it scored slightly down on comfort was the room was very warm the weather was warm while I was there, and the bed a little soft for my choosing (but still very comfy). Great location for the central pier and seafront. Breakfast not included but lots of great cafes near by.
