"Lovely B&B run by Danny who was very friendly. This is a beautiful B&B, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty of choice. The hotel is situated between North pier and Bispham which is a quiet area of Blackpool. It is on the seafront and so has direct access to the beach, trams and buses. "

"The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. Just one let down was I couldn’t find any other plugs apart from the one next to the kettle and the tv was in a strange place (guess that’s a personal preference tho) Apart from that I had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking in...

"Arrived at guesthouse having booked previous day. Landlady met us at door. Very friendly and helpful. Property is dated but very clean and more than satisfactory. Unable to have breakfast due to having early start. Owners made us breakfast sandwiches to takeaway which was appreciated. Would recommend this guesthouse. Location is in the centre of all attractions. Great location."

"Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again."

"Comfy bed, everything we needed in room. Bit too much unnecessary furniture in room but all good. Needs better extractor fan for the kitchen downstairs as bar area is attached. Otherwise a great stay, fun friendly bar. Would stay again! "

"Room was basic but just what i needed there no house keeping at hotel but to be fair i found this to be better you dont get disturbed lift in hotel very small and i need to use moobility scoota shadab would always stop what he was doing and helped me take it up in lift he was a god send nothing was to mutch bother for him really frendly as well the doirs to get mobility scoota out could be bit tricky as they were always closed but staff would help with this aswell "

"Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing.
