"Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

"The owner was so friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in town for a convention and was alone, and he made me feel right at home - even insisting on carrying my items up the stairs. I had requested a hair dryer in room the day before and it was waiting for me when I got there! Very close to the Winder Gardens where my convention was, and nearby to shops as well. I had to buy another suitcase due to all of my shopping. Will stay again! "
