"Our stay at the Comfort Inn was underwhelming. The property has a bit of wear and tear. The rooms are not very soundproof, we heard kids running in the halls til 11pm. Their parents were also partying and going from room to room. We called for security to come talk to them and the only person on staff was the front desk clerk who did their best. I will never stay here again, will look for an Airbnb next time we’re in Kelowna. "

"This is my go-to when I stay in Kelowna. It's near shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive to the work site. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean."

"The breakfast was food. Friendly staff. The kitchenette in our room was poor. The equipment was poor quality as the knife was dangerously DULL! The refrigerator was not plugged in & we had to get someone to plug it in. It was nice to have a large smart tv in the livingroom & bedroom. The balcony to the grassy courtyard was nice. Just need to improve utensils in the kitchen"

"We were travelling with 2 toddlers and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating and supportive when we asked for help (after a chip disaster in the room). The attached Mr. Mike's restaurant was a great bonus and the fitness center, pool, and courtyard were wonderful amenities. The prime location across the street from the Orchard Park Mall was also amazing. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit Kelowna."

"Hotel is in renovation so not a lot of amenities offered. The rooms are nice but as a tall person, the shelf just outside the bathroom is dangerous. Someone can hit the head if not looking ahead. "
