"What wasn't apparent when we booked this hotel was that it is still under construction, so no pool, no breakfast area and not even any ice buckets although the person at the front desk was able to provide me with a plastic bag. "Was there for the Memorial Cup which was taking place at Prospera Place. This location was within walking distance to downtown as long as you don't mind a half or so walk. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't use the hot tub/pool but looked clean and well setup. Great stay overall."

"Checkin - easy, friendly, efficient. Room - spacious and clean. Patio area m the back with lounger and picnic table. Looks to be updated recently with the exception of the cupboards. Bed is terrible unless you like sleeping on concrete, very very hard and ask for more pillows. Pool area is great! Lots of sun and loungers, well kept up and clean. Location - plenty of restaurants, grocery and shopping walking distance. Beaches are a few minutes walk away. Wifi - intermittent good....
