"Bathroom flooded every day. Couldnโ€™t tell if it was the bath or aircon outlet (which the lovely reception guy said), but every time we took a bath thereโ€™d be a few centimetres of water on the bathroom floor. Cleared pretty quickly. Still a bit annoying. Hotel is in a great location, close to train station / tram stops / shopping mall. Breakfast buffet standard but reliable. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry on top. A great free washing machine."
