"I think this place has potential. It did it's job for me, somewhere to stay for a night close to Stansted Airport on a bus route that runs late I to the night as I was on a late arriving flight. Price is very reasonable to alternative accommodation, the accommodation is clean, it just needs some minor cosmetic repairs doing in the room. Perhaps an automated email could be sent to people staying the night reminding them of the check in process and how to find the accommodation, as the reception desk is not staffed."
