"There was no AC. being a listed building makes it hard to install AC. the room was so hot it was almost unbearable. One sash window could only open about 20cm at the bottom, as secondary double glazing had been installed it was not possible to open the top part. The other window only opened at the bottom but would not stay open so staff put a cushion there to keep it open. They gave us another fan which helped. Because of the heat in the room we could not close the curtains at night as that...

"The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. "A bit of a disappointment for what we paid and for what looked like a special location in a beautiful building . Our room was just about as far away from reception and the hotel amenities as you could get. We were cleaned around and our table laid up for the next sitting before we had finished our breakfast . "3 problèmes la première chambre la clef ne fonctionnait pas, retour à la réception la 2e clef ne fonctionnait pas également! Un janitor est venu pour essayer de réparer il a resserrer les vis tenant la porte alors que le problème était électronique. Découragés nous sommes retournés à la réception et on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre. Dans celle-ci la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais elle a été réparée en 5 minutes, don en résumé plus ou moins une heure pour avoir une chambre correcte....
