Have used this hotel three times as an overnight stay prior to flying on holiday. Always easy to check in and out. Good restaurant for evening meal. Room was quiet and spacious

Hilton Garden Birmingham Airport best avoided!
Disappointing and not what you would expect from a Hilton airport hotel. Allocated a disabled room although we ordered a normal room. Wash basin cracked and leaking, shower unusable & suffered noise throughout the night from next room, which had an interconnecting door, presumably for a carer? Woken up at 4am by drunken loud, foul mouthed guest who was banging on neighbouring door as he had lost his door pass. Hardly slept all night, breakfast was disappointing, cold, dried up bacon, toaster that didn't work. Will not stay here again as Ibis Budget Hotel next door much better quality

I used a free night for this stay, we were told on arrival that due to the price we paid we could only have a disabled room or single beds. The room was too hot, the lights didn’t work nor did the tv. I won’t booked this hotel again.

Got room 703 with hair inside toilet and dirt sink. The lady said “it’s fine we gonna change your room”, usually we use “I’m sorry…” How you can not to check if toilets are cleaned.
