Private Place for Private Time

An hour away from the ferry terminal. Nice secluded area with clean, private rooms, by the beach, lots of activities to engage in, great food and cocktails, wonderful, friendly service staff. One of those places for a private getaway.

Conpact in a good sense with all facilities in the small compound. Accessible to beach n remote island where we can walk when it's low tide. Floated cottages are impressive which makes me feel like coming back again.

Rustic but great for families. Nightly open air movie, lots of lawn for kids to play, swing set and beach. The massage at the spa was also better than most 5 star hotel spa’s. The only two downsides are that it’s close to nothing and the food wasn’t great, but we loved our 3 night, 4 day stay!

Relaxing getaway !

We had a relaxed 3D/2N stay at the jacuzzi villa which was spacious and clean although some upgrading in the bathroom and improve the TV reception needed. It would be good if there are roller blinds for the balcony that can be rolled down for privacy when using the jacuzzi because of people walking during low tide and kayakers/ boats during high tide near to the villas.

There were many ants on bedsheets…This I can not stand. breakfast not so nice, very limited… The towels are old and hangers were moldy. It really needs refurbishing. The location is good.

Perfect beach front spot for quick get away.

All the way at the other side of the touristy Bintan area. Great place for couples and that’s what we saw, mostly couples and not overly crowded. Water is clear and many water sports activity. A good place to spend tranquil time with my love one. Also did i mention, their breakfast is simple yet wholesome, room service food and services are immaculate. Their home-made kue lapis for purchase is thick and buttery, worth every penny and slightly cheaper than what’s being sold out at shops. Over all, it’s a great spot for quick get away.

Loved the service of the staff here. My thanks to Santi at reception who was patient in guiding us. Resort was reasonably clean & safe. Glad i read reviews thus had stocked up on snacks for the kid as there were no convenience shops nearby. Everything was good but however on the last day when i was packing my bags to leave the resort, there was a loud crash. Happened to find part of my room's toilet false ceiling crashed down. This was definitely terrifying as i couldn't have imagined what could have happened if my kid or family was at the toilet. Thus, i may not visit this resort again.

港から1時間かかり、多少道路事情が良くないのを差し引いてもコスパは良いと思います。5☆の最低ランクの部屋より絶対こっちの方が良い。海が予想より綺麗ではない（理由は朝分ります）・周りに何もないから敷地内ですべて賄わないとダメだが、それを差し引いても良いと思う。朝飯が少しバリエーションが乏しい感じがしたが、これは値段からすると仕方ないかな。食事・マッサージなどリゾート価格にしては全然安い。いくらでもお金かけられる方々には不向きであるが、コスパ求めるなら3☆でこの価格の内容なら良いと思います。

We loved it, lots of activities to do and the stuff was really nice and friendly. The food was really good! It just could be more clean.. had some insect in our room.. which is easy in Bintan.. and hard keep them away.. I had no Moskito bites tho and I’m someone that gets eaten by them so that a plus... also no bedbugs don’t worry :) But we had one cockroach 2 spiders and the second day some ants... and that’s the only negative point. Apart from that everything was awesome! An unforgettable weekend! Awesome! Also I asked if they can do something for my husband birthday at arrival to make him feel special and they did ! Awesome!

Nice location

The place is great for retreat. We have been given an upgrade to room with jacuzzi. Our repeated visits. Food was good. Kelong trip for snorkelling was great. Managed to view many crown fish and other marine fishes

Friendly staff, child friendly resort, quiet, and a relaxing place. The Snorkeling and Kelong trip was fun, but the best part of our trip was the Massage at Trikora Spa. I did not enjoy the beach because of the seaweeds. We stayed in the Family room, and I must say it needs improvement. There are cracks and gaps between the wall and the floor. There were also black ants on one of the single beds. The food was ok, but very few selections for their breakfast buffet.

Bliss in Paradise

A very relaxing stay in a natural setting for a couple of people escaping a southern hemisphere winter. Bintan Spa Villa Resort is in a beautiful situation, offers great amenities and activities. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable from the moment we arrived at the ferry terminal to the time we departed. We will return.

Très bel endroit !

Séjour très agréable au bord de la mer même s'il est difficile de se baigner. Endroit typique. Chambres très confortables et spacieuses. Bonne nourriture au restaurant, petit déjeuner traditionnel indonésien très bon et bien servi. Enfin et surtout, le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable.
