"From the moment I stepped into Locke London in Canary Wharf, the experience was wonderful. The staff at check in were knowledgeable and helpful, showing care and interest in me as their guest. The lobby was very inviting, with plenty of places to sit and relax, as well as a cafe and a bar should you want refreshments but don’t want to stray too far. The accommodation was a higher standard than I expected for the price I paid. The room was light, bright and inviting with plenty of space and storage solutions. The kitchen provided everything I needed and it was lovely to be able to prepare my own food and store it for the occasions I didn’t want to leave the room. It had all the amenities I could want, a fabulously large television, a fridge, and a luxurious shower. The bed was divine, one of the best hotel beds I have ever had, and I slept brilliantly. I came to stay when it was over 30 degrees, and to be able to use the fantastic air conditioning which was reliable and had multiple settings, was a real treat. Not only that, but the hotel is in a great location, with a quick walk to the nearest tube station should want to go further afield. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend!"

"Swift and smooth check-in @ 1715 on a Frday evening. Allocated room quiet, as requested. TV not working - maintenance arrived and fixed it within 5 minutes. Evening meal adequate, if not a little expensive, but guests are a captive audience. Nice to have breakfast included in the price, and a 5 minute walk to Stansted terminal."

"I stayed at this hotel for several nights, the room was clean and quiet, although it was cold (17 C) as I could not adjust the temperature by the thermostat. The location initially appeared to be difficult to get to as I had a long walk from the Metro (Overground). I later found that there is a bus route that stops by very close to the hotel, so I was able to use that which made it very convenient. The restaurant was large and spacious. The scenery is very good as it is located on the riverside which affords views of the office buildings across the river."
