"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

"The photos shown are of another property this person lets. I would not have felt safe staying in this accommodation regardless of cleanliness. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. "We requested for three criteria: clean, view and workspace. All matched! Had spent great time during the half term. The place is convenient and close to all daily necessities. Quiet at nights which is important. Would wish to be back again. Well done Charles Hope team. "

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."
