"My husband and I come to Pigeon Forge every year for a quick & easy vacation. Sometimes we bring our dog and sometimes we don’t Twin Mountain Hotel welcomes your dog to . Next year we will definitely bring her . You would never know that there has ever been a dog in this Wonderful Hotel . Friendly Staff & clean just like my home . I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. "The room was very clean. We didn’t hear our neighbors. The indoor and outside pool area was great. The pools were well cared for and they provided towels too. We ate at the resort restaurant and it was very good! We have already booked another visit."

Staff were so kind, the pool / hot tub area was beautiful & had 24 hour access (weather permitting) Elevator to higher floors as well as steps! Clean rooms with plenty of towels, walkable to the Island! Our only recommendation would be to be able to watch tv in bed.. it was on a large stand facing towards the couch other than that it was perfect! "

"The Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower was great, plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a minor issue with lights in the room. Only other issue was with the elevator. One in our party is handicapped and the elevator doors close really fast and hard before you can even get inside."

"I was very impressed by The Inn on the River. I stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities and rooms are very good and everything was immaculately clean, most importantly the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and it is nice to return to the real fire roaring in the lobby when you’re getting in late! I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it."

And there’s so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there.
